Laure has given me the space to look at my behaviors, and to notice the ones that were no longer serving me. Laure helped me see things clearly. Since that first session I had the ability to see exactly the areas where I was overdoing it and actually " see myself" as if I am outside the situation. That opened my horizons and made me able to apply it to others too! her style is very professional and approachable at the same time. Gentle exploration at the start, moving through different layers to get to what I really needed to change and then some exploration around what that change would look like for me. I think the slowing down was so important as it allowed some deeper things to emerge in that space rather than tackling the obvious right at the start. It felt emergent, gentle, but with challenge to forward movement. It also felt warm and safe as a process too. I looked forward to each session! Definitely transformational, not surface level stuff.
