Each session is £65, and sessions last up to 75 minutes.
How many sessions will I need?
Whilst I don’t specify a minimum number of sessions, it’s rare that an issue can be thoroughly explored and resolved in only one or two sessions: An expectation for three or more is usually advisable, and this is something we can discuss during our consultation.
Why are sessions conducted remotely?
Coaching via Skype, FaceTime, or telephone has a number of benefits:
- It is more time-effective for you, so you won't need to find lots of spare time in your schedule
- You will be able to arrange it more easily within your schedule at work or home - perhaps having coaching during your lunch hour at work, or while your baby is asleep - without needing to arrange and pay for a babysitter
- I can charge lower rates since I don't need to pay for a private room, yet we can still have the connection we need, and complete privacy.
How do we start?
The first step on our coaching journey is a consultation, where we can discuss what you would like to get from coaching, and I can answer any questions you might have.
Consultation sessions last 30 minutes and cost £40, payable in advance.
