Blind spot finder or the art of discovering the unknown. You probably have heard the phrase: “You don’t know what you don’t know”.
This is where having an extra pair of eyes and ears is so valuable, what is it you are naming or doing without being aware or perhaps are you conscious of something but not finding the courage to name or share.
