Today we are wrapping up this set of posts on benefits of supervision, I would like to simply share my own thoughts.
I believe it is important to have my own medicine, I need to truly believe in what I do, know the benefits of what I offer are real, have a taste of what my clients may be going through.
This is what supervision does for me, help me keep my coaching real and alive.
