Probably one of the juicier aspects of supervision, and coaching! This is the absolute endless benefit of supervision, and coaching if you think about it. In a room, get one client and 10 coaches, you will get 10 different questions, offer a second round of questions and you’ll get 10 new ones by the same person.
Why is that? Well we all have our own filters, interests, values, level of attention and type of presence in the space.
I’d like to invite you to an exercise, think of a topic discussed with one of your clients, close your eyes, write down the first thing that comes to your mind, close your eyes again, write down the next thing that comes to mind. What do you notice?
